Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please note that some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Glossi has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we've got you covered. Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date with your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

For packages showing "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us.
