Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

- Please provide your order number and a photo of the product to help us process your request quickly.
- Items purchased during promotional events are refunded at the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.
- Free gifts included with orders are not eligible for separate refund or return.
